Welcome to Hazey Dayz!

I am an Ofsted registered, accredited *OUTSTANDING* Childminder (February 2018)

I have been working in childcare since 2000. After leaving school I went for some work experience at the local nursery and 8 years later I left to have my daughter! I made the decision to open my own childminding business Hazey Dayz Childminding so I could not only care for my daughter myself, but also carry on with my passion for working with children.

Along the years I have cared for hundreds of children varying in age from 4 months up to 8 years, children of different nationalities, ages, learning difficulties and special needs.
I am highly motivated, creative and passionate about making a difference to young children’s lives and encourage them to develop at their own pace. In any industry, experience is paramount to success!

No two days are the same at Hazey Dayz and I love that.

I don’t just mind your children, I actively encourage them!

Fantastic. My little boy adores Sarah and Rich. He’s been treated as part of their family while he’s been with them since he was 9 months old. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after him. Caring, reliable, accommodating and above all they’re really lovely people. Thank you xxxx– Karen Simpson (Parent)

My little girl recently started with Sarah and she loves being there. Sarah is so good with kids– Lizzy Walshaw-Blow (Parent)

Sarah and Richard are brilliant Childminders. My son started at 18 months old and came on leaps and bounds. He was always eager to go on a morning and often wanted to stay longer when I picked him up! Sarah is very thorough with regarding to a child’s ‘Learning Journey’ and to include Richard they are such a caring couple, treating every child as their own. My son was encouraged with everything, and taught the basic life skills that he will carry through the rest of his life. I can not recommend Hazey Dayz highly enough or thank them for their continued support and peace of mind they give.– Lynsey Brookes (Parent)
