• Non funded children: £6.00 per hour
• Funded children outside of funded hours: £6.00 per hour

For all other charges, these will be explained during your initial visit .

Current mindees will remain on the fee communicated upon starting and will remain in place for their entire period at our setting.
Your child will require a bag containing:

• Nappies, baby wipes and creams

• Full change of clothes

• Sun protection cream and a hat (summer) • Appropriate clothing for the weather as we do play outside in all weathers.

• Packed Lunch

• Water bottle to be kept here
As every day is different at Hazey Dayz this is something I can discuss with you when you come for an initial visit
I will send you a daily WhatsApp message giving you a brief description of your child's day, nappies, lunch, sleep and any other information I need to give you. You will also receive a monthly newsletter informing you of what we are learning that month and naything I need you to do at home with your child. (Always fun)
No two days are the same. Although activities are planned, these can change as I follow the childrens lead. I have toys set out allowing continuity of play and the children are able to self select their own toys, our days are a mixture of child and adult led activities maximising each child's full learning potential.
Here at our setting, each child's day is documented and then we send a WhatsApp message to parent or parents as we can create a single chat to pass on updates and photos to both parents at same time.
Absolutely, I have taken so much time to write our policies and procedures which reflect our setting and our services and update these should anything change. A copy of all our policies can be found on our website, these are password protected but you will have access once we have signed contracts.

Funding Questions

Good news! If you live in England, eligible working families can apply for 30 hours of government funded childcare to use during school term time each week from the term after your child turns 9 months until they reach school age (reception)
You can apply for your code up to 16 weeks before your baby turns 9 months old. You need to apply online before the deadline to receive a code to give to your childcare provider. The deadline is the day before the new term begins, but we encourage you to apply earlier, and recommend applying at least 6 weeks before the deadline
Codes need to be reconfirmed every three months. Remember to log in to your childcare account on GOV.UK to check when your reconfirmation dates are, so that you can renew your code on time. You will also receive reminders from HMRC when it is time for you to reconfirm. If you aren’t able to renew your code by your reconfirmation deadline, you may be able to retain your child’s childcare place for a short period; this is known as a grace period. If for any reason you are not eligible to claim the 30 hours for your child, you will have to pay the hourly rate.
If your child is in receipt of 30 hours funded childcare it can be used on the days your child attends between the hours on 7-5 Term Time Only If you require additional hours this will be priced at the hourly rate as set by the local authority, as detailed above.
